Track & Trace

Warehouse Management System
Our advanced, bespoke-built Warehouse Management System records each stage of consolidation from actual receipt, through sorting, processing, checking and confirmation. Our development team continues to advance the system, which now incorporates digital management of bar-coded parcels and pallets which have been electronically checked and weighed to ensure accuracy and traceability. Electronic scanning of documents into our document management system gives you access to incredible consignment detail via our web portal, and provides the added benefit of auto-generated electronic shipping documents. Our industry-leading WMS has been integrated by many partners and suppliers across the globe to deliver full visibility through the entire supply chain ecosystem.

Customs system
Our WBS customs system has been developed in-house, and offers an electronic data interface recording invoice number, value, copies, all commodity code details and immediately generates an entry in our customs system to generate a customs code based on location, destination, and nature of goods. We make international customs processes simple.
FX & Supplier Payments
Our centralised payment system saves time, money, and hassle by paying suppliers in a consolidated way.
All payments are handled through specially arranged ‘Client Only’ accounts giving you total security. PubPay payments to us are received and deposited at the bank as client money. Clients located outside the EU are offered the use of our PubPay system to process multiple payments to their suppliers. Payments can be processed and transmitted to almost any publisher, distributor, or wholesaler worldwide. We can receive payments in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars and process outward payments to suppliers in any currency.
