Hear from
Our team
WBS is a progressive and dynamic company to work for with many opportunities for growth and travel. We have a great team that works well together complementing each other’s strengths.
I've worked for WBS since 2011 and have always felt that hard work is recognised and rewarded. The company supports professional growth and invests in those who want to learn and grow, providing opportunities to meet new and interesting people along the way.
Working for WBS means feeling a sense of belonging, and truly liking the people you work with.
For me, working for WBS means having close and supportive directors and team, the opportunity to learn different skills, along with showing our new starters all the things I have learned throughout my years at WBS, giving them the opportunity to grow.
I am responsible for German cargo. I have been working here at WBS for 12 years, and it has been a ride. When I arrived, this place was small—maybe a quarter of the warehouse space we have today. I have seen young applicants make it their first job. My current warehouse manager, Anthony, started as one. I have learned a lot about logistics, and the company has given me their full support.
I came to WBS as an 18 year old apprentice in 2016 and this company has helped me progress into the person I am today giving me the opportunity to work my way up into a role where I am overseeing the fulfilment section in the warehouse. Since day one I’ve always had support from all my fellow staff members giving it a real family feel.
As an apprentice, WBS has given me a great opportunity and their support to begin my career in freight forwarding.
I hadn’t worked in an office before I joined WBS. Everyone was welcoming, understanding, and helpful. I am now working within a team and receive continued support with my role.
WBS has been great to me in my short time here; everyone is friendly and supportive. WBS has been accommodating towards my apprenticeship, allowing me to have a solid work/study balance.
I joined WBS a year ago. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes for a pleasant environment. The management offers support when needed and encourages productivity.
